There is a lot of prep work for him to do because the house has lead-based paint which requires a lot more work and care must be taken.
Remember this photo because it will be no more soon.
I will be sure to take lots of photos throughout the process and pop them up for you to see.
I am soooo excited and can't wait to see the transformation.
